Your Floating Sound Bath evening will include:
- 1 hour floating sound bath session

Your Itinerary
- 5:00pm: Arrival & Welcome Drink
Begin your evening with a refreshing Apple & Raspberry Spritz on arrival. - 5:00pm: 8:00pm – Spa Access and Supper
Enjoy time in the spa facilities at your leisure and dine on a light grazing board in the spa café. - 7:30pm: Prepare for Sound Bath
We recommend using this time to change out of wet swimwear and into dry, warm clothing for maximum comfort. - 8:00pm: Floating Sound Bath Experience (Approx. 1 Hour)
Includes gentle settling time before and after the session to allow you to fully relax and ease into the experience. A deeply calming, guided session designed to soothe the mind and body while you float.
